Member registration and attendance record
Make sure all of your members sign up as official Fashion Club® members. Don’t forget to log your attendance every time you attend a club meeting or activity.
Please note that only approved clubs will have access to club member registration. Once you've submitted the "Start a Club" form, keep an eye out for an interactive email that allows you to review the Fashion Club® Codes of Conduct and digitally sign the application form. Upon receiving all signatures, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that your club has been approved. If you have any inquiries regarding your club's status, please reach out to us at fashionclub@asu.edu.
